Working with babies from 4 months to children up to 5 years old, our goal is to give you the tools to trust your own intuition and maximize the wellness and mental health of both children and their parents. We want to set the stage for good sleep so your baby can grow up knowing that bedtime is a safe and peaceful time. Whether you have been nursing to sleep, bedsharing, holding baby, trying any and all the methods you have heard about to more sleep, our sleep expert will provide support to adjust what isn’t working for you by answering your questions about sleep, creating a customized plan to optimize your sleep, and achieve overall balance in your life.
